Floor insulation removal

I need someone who can get into our crawl space and remove the polystyrene sheets from between our joists. I can sort the dumping from there. I just can't work in small spaces and need help getting it out so we can have better insulation fitted. The sheets were pushed into place by hand and will come back out easily enough. 25mm thick sheets so nothing heavy or awkward. No nails or glue used when installing.
