Fix hole in wall & Replace back door

We need to replace an old back door (wooden with glass) with a new one (wooden only), including removing the old fly screen. We are just picking up the door this weekend which we need to paint first. We also have had a hole put in an internal wall in a bedroom which we would like to be repaired back to the point we just have to paint the wall again. This would be ideal to have done before the 10th October.
