Remove the existing soft board ceiling in 1x 3x3 bedroom hallway 1m x 6m plus middle section of lounge. Ceilings are all 2700 high and timber scotia framing uneven so steel reframe recommended apart from 3x3 brm. I have some materials on site but will need others. Best to talk to know more. This will also need to be stopped as well. I will provide the insulation though.
