Bathroom door installation, Plaster/repair bathroom wall

We would like a new door put in the bathroom. Please include door and hardware (door knob and hinges) on quote. Door required is approximately 1980 mm x 720 mm 35 mm thickness. A cheap white door is ok. Gold coloured knobs preferred. Also require quote to fix holes in bathroom. 3 holes in total (refer to picture for approximate size of holes) which is right next to the door to be installed.
