Door knobs and towel rail fix and gutter

We need a general handyman to: 1) re-install lockable door knob on the kitchen door. 2) Fix the towel rail - this is not attaching to the wall (see photo). 3) Bathroom door strike plate on door jamb not aligned with door latch. 4) Bedroom (next to bathroom) door strike plate on door jamb not aligned with door latch. 4) Clean the gutter - apparently overloaded with material such as leaves as water seen to overflow Needs clearing We need a quote for these ASAP. This is a tenanted property in Mangere and if someone can have a site visit to give us a quote, that would be great. Thanks Jennifer
