We have a concrete tile roof with 2 leaks: 1. appears to be through the cement seal along the ridge. This is a minor leak but needs to be fixed as water is getting through onto the framing. A small amount of cement has crumbled and dropped through onto the insulation as well. 2. was due to a half tile beside a channel slipping down out of place. There are several other tiles on the roof that can slip like this that need to be fixed in place. There are also a few tiles with pieces cracked off that we'd like checked to see if they'll be a problem in future. Roof is black/charcoal concrete tile on wooden frame with no backing paper, 8 years old.
