CS Cavity Slider Door Re-install dropped door

Original Cavity Sliders sliding door back wheel nut detached from door and cannot open/close. Currently the slider at the back has fallen behind the door itself and not sure whether need to detach the door to find it.

Young saved my life (and my cat's life) by coming over in a very short notice to reattach the sliding door. The door dangled with the front roller and Mr. Cat runs to the garage whenever he hears the garage doro opening sound and he will get run over eventually. When I found Young's quotation I immediately asked him to come over in the evening to fix the door. He did that within an hour in a very professional manner.
