TV wall mount

The TV has been mounted on the dry wall with a wall mount in 4 bolts for at least 8 years. The TV was taken down for repainting the wall. When I tried to screw back the 4 bolts, they became loose and one of them cannot be pulled out of the anchor now. I need help with pulling out the bolts from the anchor without damaging the wall and installing new anchors for the wall mount to hang the TV on.

Ravi did a very good job. He was very prompt in communication and provided advice on what type of anchors to use for the TV mount. Also, he executed the task with quality in mind, with no damage to the wall and paint. I recommend Ravi as a handyman!
