Good job done BUT charged slightly higher than market rate. Callout rate was charged which I think should be waived if job was awarded. There are heaps of plumbers out there that able to do this simple job, i.e. Replace internal 'Cartridge and No callout fee is being charged. Wil not use Plumbsolve in the future.

"You’re upset because I couldn’t do your job for $80 with a $40 part like you were insisting. I agreed to match a quote you said somebody else gave you so how am I above market?
After seeing this review I offered you a full refund but no answer to calls or texts.
All decent plumbers charge a call out fee, some word it differently. I’m transparent with my pricing and discussed it before I started the work.
I’m clearly not the right plumber for you and I’m okay with you not using us again."
