they came and never fixed the problem floor still creaking kept on messaging them but no reply had to get another guy from different company to finish the job very unprofessional service I even asked for partial refund but no reply his just ignoring my calls and messages hopefully builderscrack can get me my refund

"We repaired the floor as requested and promptly reworked it when a slight creaking was reported.
Several days later, after being reminded of the remaining payment, you refused to pay and only then claimed the floor still creaked.
