Remove two 1000 water tanks and clean chimney sweep

I have two 1000 litre tanks that have been hooked up to catch water off the roof. I would like them disconnected and removed. I would need to be hooked up to main water tank and spouting fixed up. Also need my flue cleaned and have a ramp at the front of the house that I would like removed.
