Cladding repair

This is going to be a bit of a laugh and hope its not wasting your time. We in the final steps of purchasing our first home, and the bank have asked for us to get a quote for a repair to some cladding on the garage. Our quote has to be provided from a builder on letterhead of how much it will cost to repair. The biggest hole is football size and smaller one tennis ball size. The holes are on the same side within a metre or 2 of each other ( 1 panel) of fibre cement. Photos provided. Thank you for your time and will shout a box of beers 🍻
