Zak was extremely pleasant to deal with, and even though the job turned out a little more than first anticipated, it was due to circumstances that arose on investigation i.e. a hot water cylinder that had leaked in the roof space. He was good at communication and worked in with me to find a suitable time for the work, given that I was frequently away from home. I would contact him again if I needed some jobs done.
