Heatherlea Heights Handy Man

I take possession of my house on the 25th of June and I am looking to get work underway without delay to make it me and my son's home. While some of the work requires a qualified builder, there is a lot of work that requires someone who is competent but not qualified. There are two walls that need removing (which may or may not required a builder) and finishing, however there is also gibbing, floor laying (vinyl planks), kitchen install, Laundry lining, new shower install (plumber and electrician have been secured). I also need to secure an area out the back for the dog so upgrading some fencing, and changing an external wooden stair case. I have allowed for 4 weeks for all work to be finished. While I have put a price below I anticipate that a quote is probably the better way to go.
