Touch ups

1. Got two cisterns and toilet seats from Mitre10. Need old ones removed and these new ones put on. Nothing wrong with the plumbing system - seats/cisterns just really old. 2. Locking latch mechanism on a sliding door to deck is broken. Need a replacement. 3. Tap in bathroom sink is broken and needs a replacement. Nothing wrong with the plumbing, just need to get a tap and swap them over. I don't know the cost, which is why the price is showing 'less than $250'
