Rehang doors & minor other work

We need a number of internal doors rehung. After a major flood several internal doors were removed to lift carpet etc and appear to have been put back in the wrong places. Some stick, one has a gap between the two doors, another wont stay closed and the door into the laundry won't close at all. Both smoke alarms need to be checked as they don't seem to be working since the batteries were changed. The stainless steel cavity wall brackets holding the wooden stair rail at the top of the stairs needs to be re-fixed as it is loose and doesn't appear to have been attached to framing timber behind the gib wall. Our house is on the market and we would like this work to be done over the next two-three weeks. There may be some other things that need doing before the house is sold and that would be by negotiation. I have tried to attach photos but it won't let me. Happy to forward these on to interested parties
