Hey, I'm looking for someone to do a small job on a rental property in Raumati - ideally by the end of next week. Shouldn't take long at all. Our tenants have said the toilet seat is wobbling around and they can't get it to stay in place - I'm wanting someone to check it out, see if it's fixable, and to either fix it or if it needs replacing then to go buy a new seat from mitre 10 (or wherever) and install it.
