Catio cat enclosure

My cat is an inside cat. I need an enclosure/cage to have on my balcony. It's approximate dimensions are 2 m high 1.8m long .800m wide It needs to have a normal size door. Partial or full roof. A weather proof sleeping box. Ramps. A cat door sized opening for access to house. A roll down weatherproof blind along one side for protection against the prevailing weather. As the balcony is accessed via an internal door it need to be prepared in kit set form and built once on the balcony. I have been scammed by a man from Pahiatua who I paid but he never delivered. So I hope the tradesperson/handyman will be local.
