Pram Beach area. 15 year old house. Poly and plaster wall cladding. Need 3m by 2m section of flat roof ripped up, new ply down and cladding on one side cut for new membrane to go up be hind, then cladding repaired after membrane goes down. Pretty much an easy little on dayer. Also need estimate to change external metal fascia system to stand fascia system so spouting is on the outside. Need cladding inspected.
