Maintenance issues for Tradesperson / Electrician
Job description
1.) The fence coverings have been blown down - This can be fixed in a few minutes with cable ties. 2.) Ceiling light in the kitchen needs to be fixed - Need an electrician to fix this, the light bulbs blow almost every week. 3.) Water from the roof is causing flooding in the little courtyard - The gutter on the roof needs to be cleared. 4.) After heavy rain the carport gets flooded - There's a small drainage hole at the back of the carport. Mud and leaves fill this hole over time resulting in flooding. This can be fixed in a few minutes by removing the mud and leaves. 5.) There appears to be a leak in the garage ceiling - I had this repaired while living there. The marks on the ceiling can be ignored as it's not leaking anymore. I will ask the tradesperson to check this again. 6.) 2 Bedroom doors not closing properly - Will have to be refitted.
