Various bits of work need doing (see photos)- - black mould removal (from a cowboy plumbing job - plumbing has been fixed, mould remains) - fixing some spouting - securing clear plastic roofing that has come loose on a verandah - replace rotting weatherboards and windowsills - replace boarding over a gaping hole Timeframes are negotiable - "before winter"
