Small access platform to water tank.

We require a small platform to be built alongside an existing water tank to allow access to the top of the water tank inspection cover. The platform needs to be on the lower side of the water tank which is on a slight bank. The platform height would be roughly one metre from the ground and needs to have a small hand rail around the platform. The platform must not be over 1.5m from the top tank. Access only needs to be from one side only and the slope can be utilised to reduce the need for a lot of steps to the platform. Council have made this a requirement so that rural firefighters can open the inspection cover and drop a hose in the tank to draw water out in the event of a fire. Timeframe is negotiable depending on availability.
