Bach Remedial Work

Remedial and minor renovations to two-storey single bedroom bach. Wanting to have work done prior to Christmas: - Replace window sill (historic water damage) - Rectify small juliet balcony and window to boundary joist/cladding junction allowing moisture ingress (may require balcony removal to resolve) - Replace sections of soft & rotten sheet flooring near ranch sliders (historical leaks) - Replace existing shower for new pre-fab shower enclosure - Non-structural internal partition wall - Replace section of roofing over deck area with clearlite/translucent panels - Potentially other minor remedial works
