Removal of old clothesline and installing replacement

Have a very old galavanised clothesline at our old bach at mangawhai heads which has finally given up and rusted out (photo attached). Is concreted in. Want to get old line removed and new one installed. Have not purchased replacement yet. Possibly a Hills classic galvanised rotary hoist clothes line?
