House repairs

I am looking for an estimate to get the house water tight. The water from the deck has gone into the house the flashing around the deck is rusted out . Potentially there is more work related to deck rebuilding and interior water damage. Feel free to estimate that also. But getting the house water tight is the first priority. Perhaps the whole wall needs replacing?
