"This is just typical. I was clear to this client and even discovered how the damage was made or rather by her own gardener who hit the fence and drove off. Without any communication to me the client got a friend to do the first option . This left me minimal work and what the client does not understand is that for four hours work I made $30 profit after expenses. It may not concern the client but my initial price for the job was not adjusted and the site claims a percentage of the quoted price. I am appalled by this as incredibly rude and has typified the difficulties with the site. "
