My flat is on 115-4 Earn Street. Tenants moved out. I want: bench top to be changed, all walls painted (above old paint and wallpaper), carpet washed, electrical wiring to put on it's place, the power outlets appear to have been tampered with and the yard needs a clean also. Brad ---
