Handyman/Builder - general repairs

• Modify current kitchen bench top to fit new oven • Install laminate flooring & skirting boards in kitchen • Various door handle and door panel replacement/repairs • Replace toilet pan and cistern with new fixtures • Gib repairs (minor) Need to commence asap to ready for incoming tenants - however there is further handyman type work and more significant building work to be undertaken from March if interested, including bathroom renovation, new deck, garage door and ranch-slider installation, entrance way construction etc.
