Rental property needs some touching up from wear and tear for renting again. Plaster and damaged paint. Damaged door needs patch and paint. Skirting board section needs to be replaced. Shower over bath wet-wall has surface damage (I assume the waterproof wall-covering will need to be replaced?). General finishing touch-ups required throughout. Lots of small jobs mostly. Bench is split underneath and needs a repair and the sink resealed.
