Various building/handyman jobs required

I have a few jobs that need doing around my house: 1) My linen cupboard where my boiler used to be now has a gap with a hole in the roof. So i'd like someone to gib the walls (i have the gib already and have started ripping the old gib off), patch the hole in the roof, crimp the pipes left over, build some shelves in the space 2) Build or install some shelves in the laundry (could be I buy some flat pack cabinets to go in here and you put them together and install them?) 3) Repair a broken gutter that is leaking 4) I have a large tin shed in my back yard that i'd like removed, I have someone who wants it but can't get it out intact. I'd love someone to take it apart for me ideally so it can be moved and put back together again. 5) Back door - old style door is stuck and i can't open it i think it requires planing? 6) there is also a leaking pipe but i assume that's a plumber I need? There is no requirement to do these jobs all at once but ideally they'd all be done by Xmas? You could also accept one or all of them. Thanks Jo
