Repair rotten timber in wall

A few years back, my flat roof leaked and cause the internal wall to warp and crack. The flat roof leak was fixed and not leaking anymore. The internal wall has dried. I need a builder to replace any rotten timber in wall and flat roof, and to re-gib the wall. I would like this done as soon as possible as I'm now seeing cracks on my flat roof ceiling.
