Odd jobs round the house - include painting

I need the face plate of the shower mixer fixed properly to the wall (at moment its lose and spins round!) Painting windows in back room and touches to the toilet walls (sanding and painting) Jobs I should do but have no time. Am sure can all be knocked on the head at once. Thanks!
