Bathroom exhaust fan duct leak
Job description
Currently the bathroom exhaust fan duct is not straight through and has a dip. Hence water gets clogged and drops in the ceiling. A smart solution needs to be provided to support the duct so that it is straight and water doesn't clog up.

"Client had a leak due to improper venting processes that were outside of manufacturer recemondations. As the budget was very, very small I offered a low cost solution to solve the water problems, which were causing damage. Due to very limited practical knowledge on the behalf of home owner it was detailed very, very carefully. They received what was agreed on, workmanship was suberb and client said they were happy. 99% percent of home owners are a joy to deal with."
