Cat door installation into door or side of house

Hi I need a my microchip cat door installed ASAP into the house I just bought. The \ house has fully double glazed windows and doors. The blue double doors seem to a type of plastic (I am not sure) the cat door could fit there but would not sit flush. I am wondering if the cat door could be installed in the side of the house (fibre cement). Thanks

Joel did a good job - it wasn't an easy job to install a microchip cat door into an aluminium door. I am happy with the work done and looks good.
