I was recommended your services by way of a North Canterbury Group on Facebook – I am a property Manager (based in Riccarton) but now manage multiple properties in North Canterbury as far out as Amberley, I also live in Woodend myself. I have a property located in Leithfield beach that requires the following work, is this something that you would Be willing to undertake, if so, what are approx. hourly costs (just so I can relay this on to the property owner) This work relates to Healthy Homes requirements. - Back door (wooden) and ceiling access (man hole) need draught proofing - Some downpipe drains have inappropriate outfall and are blocked. - Gutter clean (south side gutter is blocked) If you could please come back to me as to whether this is something you can undertake and I will provide Access information and invoicing details.
