Untreated timber was used on decking handrails and it has rotted and needs to be replaced. Possibility of further work eg extension of decking.

Workmanship is 4 only because 5 is perfect and no one's work is perfect. Brook is a very nice bloke and we are impressed with what he did. He left the worksite very tidy each time he left. We would have him back in a flash for any future maintenance needs. Thanks Brook.
