Couple of odd jobs and possible other building work?

Kia ora! I'm after a couple of things - firstly, a couple of odd jobs: 1) Replacing some kitchen cupboards with some glass ones from an old cabinet. The new ones to go up are a little skinnier than the ones they are replacing though (same height) so I'm hoping something can be worked out? 2) A TV put up on the wall (yet to buy the bracket) But I'm also after a couple of quotes/or one quote for the whole job, to get some changes made to our dining room/lounge: 1) We'd like to put a freestanding fireplace into where our old boarded up chimney is in our 1950s house. We are keen to expose any old bricks we can, but my investigations so far look like there's only cool bricks down the bottom, the top has the bricks rendered. 2) We'd like a half wall that currently separates the dining and lounge areas removed to open the whole space up, and a door way moved further down the wall. We have a limited budget so are basically wanting to get quotes and look at where we should begin/put our money first. Thank you so much! Have my fingers crossed! Lynne
