Putting in a dog door; installing a dryer vent; putting a TV on the wall

I have a few jobs that I need a hand with: 1) removing the broken catdoor and replacing it with a bigger dog door into our wooden back door; 2) installing a dryer vent/ducting through the wall to outside; and 3) taking a broken TV down off the wall and putting another up
