Update fence, install open shelving in kitchen and bathroom.

I would like the tin fence covered by using venetian screen look. There is also a part of the deck that needs filling in as there was a tree there when the deck was initially built. I would also like at least 4 open shelving shelfs installed, x 1 in the kitchen and the others in the bathroom please.
