Repair door

I have an external door (European multiple locking system) that’s not closing properly, the rubber has moved - see attached photos. I also have a door that needs to be removed and re-hung so we can move a sofa through it. I’ll need to coordinate a second person to help move the sofa. It would be nice to get this done asap as the sofa has been delivered. In the future I could do with a handyman for odd jobs as my husband is terminally ill.
