Wet room renovation and repairs

We are renovating our wet area bathroom (the room is 1.8m by 2.4m, standard ceiling height) . We have a disabled son with high needs and challenging behaviors who spend a lot of time in the bathroom so the room needs to be very strong. We need the following * Removal of seratone walls and replacement of any wall structures that are rotten. * Removal and replacement of flooring and any rotten floor stringers (We know for certain there is rot around the plug hole.) Potentially there will be more work available depending on cost of above, which would include removal of sink area, installation of ply on walls, waterproofing and installation of dumawall tiles. Thanks
