Blind to be fixed to wall.

I have a roller blind that has pulled out of its wall bracket. This window is half way up our stairs. It will require a high ladder to refit the wall bracket and reattach the blind. It can be fitted higher than original fitting if need be. Hoping someone can help so this curtain can also be dropped on these cold nights. Thanks
