Roof Signage insepction/reinforce

We are moving into a new building shortly which has a large sign on the roof. We plan on designing our own sign to replace the existing. We would like someone to inspect it for strength/stability (particularly in strong winds) and reinforce it (if necessary). The timber it's connected to looks like it may be starting to rot, but it's hard to tell from the street level. We also want it measured with accurate dimensions so we can design our new signage. From a glance it looks about 2.5m H by 5m W
