Floor rotting in our rentals toilet. Toilet no longer screws into the floor and toilet moving. Plumber assessed that builder needs to repair floor. 1975 house on piles. Possibly need to repair the other units toilet floor too. Installation of an extractor fan in bathroom also needs doing. Floor repair is priority.
