5 small tasks 1. Bedroom 1 door isn't sliding correctly, review and improve 2. Replace small bathroom vanity knob (currently missing). Basic std wooden knob (refer photo) 3. Refix panel heater to wall - currently pulling away from wall 4. Repair or replace the cupboard hinge (kitchen cupboard) refer photo 5. Remove small tree from behind garden shed (refer photo)

Loren was easy to deal with and communication was very prompt. I didn't sight the competed works, but the tenant confirms all 5 tasks were completed to a high standard. Pricing also competitive. Thanks again.
