Preparing an aged weatherboard house for painting

We are renovating a single story 1920s villa and need to repaint our weatherboard and wood trim exterior this summer. We are confident in water-blasting, priming and painting everything ourselves but would like to get a trades person to help prepare it for painting, so we can get the ball rolling. Some window trims need finishing, some rotten weather boards need replacing and some of the weather boards and window trims have flaky paint that needs to be sanded back. Ideally this job could be done in December or January. If all goes well there is potential to work with you for many other general handyman jobs in the future.
