Construct bike shed concrete pad, frame and roof

I have a space at the side of my property, between my garage and my neighbours garage. I want to have a concrete pad put down in half of this space, a frame built and a roof put on over the frame. The frame can be attached to the garage walls. The concrete pad space is about 3 m x 2m. The space that needs a frame and a roof is about 5 m x 2 m. The half that needs the concrete pad will be used for a bike shed. The other half of the space already has a concrete pad and will be used as a pump shed for the pool. The pool pump is being installed mid-next week, so timing will need to be arranged around when the pool guy is here doing his work. Keen for the work to be done soon so that the pump isn't left exposed to the weather.
