Pipe installation for front-loader washing machine

We are trying to install a brand new washing machine on the left hand side of the pipe box (see the photos below). There is an old washing machine we've been using (which is still ok to use) which is on the right side of the pipe box. As you can see from the photos below, there is no hole (imaginary hole in 'blue') on the left side of the wall for the pipe to go through. Also there is no T-shaped pipe to connect the pipe which will be running through the left side of the wall. Job needs to be done: 1. (Drawn in blue) Make a hole on the left side of the wall just like the one on the right in order for the pipe to run through and install a brand new washing machine on the left hand side. 2. (Drawn in red) Install a T-shaped pipe and extensions(?) as shown in the photo so that the pipe connects to the left side.
