Fix a tap

Hot tap in kitchen won’t tighten to stop water flowing. Has to be in just right position to stop flow., however still drips. Think washer has gone? Haven’t used it since just in case. Have bought new washers and even new tap domes just in case but nervous to do it myself. Have couple other taps needing washers done in them too as they are dripping. Have all day Monday 9th free if someone can pop around to fix for me otherwise after 2.30pm weekdays or anytime weekends would be fine.
