Replacing old Topliss shower mixer

Urgent - The old shower mixer is not working properly and the water temp varys when the hot and cold are mixed. It is a Topliss TB3 and needs a new Topliss TB10 to fit into the same pipework. The hot water cylinder is low pressure and the Topliss valve is an equal low pressure valve. Only the valve needs to be installed (I have already got the Topliss TB10 valve). Please give me a quate first. Thanks
